Trail Sessions pair hiking with acoustic concerts on public lands. Why? To make new fans for public land protection and new fans for bands!

About

Trail Sessions are a series of guided educational hikes and concerts on public lands in Colorado, New York and New England. Each summer we feature local and national bands at beautiful parks and land trust properties. We partner with local conservation groups to provide environmental education, so audiences get to know nature and music! It’s a great way to enjoy the outdoors and make new friends.

Formerly known as Sagebrush Sessions in Colorado. In 2021 we expanded to sage-less New York.

COVID Safety

In 2020 we successfully ran Trail Sessions according to strict state gathering limits. We implemented household distancing during the concert, and cancelled the guided hike portion to avoid crowding. We were one of the few safe live music events in the entire country. We will continue to follow best safety practices for our audiences and bands as recommended by our state and federal land partners.
