How Sustain is Helping during the Pandemic

What is Sustain doing in response to Coronavirus?

Coronavirus is impacting the musicians we work with hard. Months of shows and income have been cancelled. We are working with our partner musicians to pay them now for future shows. We are seeking out funding so that we can book more shows in the future, as well as commission nature-inspired songs.

We started the Backyard Songscape contest, as a way to pay musicians now for a future show in Colorado.

Harrison is helping our Northern Colorado music community by working with Fort Collins Musicians Association to put on a summer series of concerts at the local Drive-In Movie Theater. This event will help support around 100 musicians throughout the course of the summer, and make live music possible!

When our summer Sagebrush Session outdoor concerts start up in June, we will adhere to social distancing for our audience members and state health guidelines.

We cancelled our Sagebrush Session Lineup Reveal party at The Mishawaka, originally set for May 9.

We’re running Sustain from home along with our redbone coonhound pup.

We are offering free hand sewn face masks to anyone who joins our monthly giving program, Sustainers. Hamilton's King George (Euan Morton) was our first!
